To son James Black £50. To daughter Mary, wife of Hugh Gorley, £50.

Executors to sell plantation and 2 tracts of land in Middletown, laid off to me as my part of my father's estate, also my share of those 2 tracts in said township, late the property of my sister Christian Baker.

Remainder equally divided among all children, Thomas, Mary, James, Elizabeth and Rachel.

Executors: Son-in-law Hugh Gorley, kinsman Wills Hemphill.

Wit: William Kennedy, James Hemphill, Jr., Jonathan Smith.
