To all to Whome these presents May Come I Isaac Yarnell of Willis Town in the County of Chester in Pennsilvania Yeoman ( one of the Sons of John Yarnall Late of the Same place Deceast) This third Day of the Eleventh Month Called November in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred & Eighty Five Being Under Weakness of Body But of perfect Sound Understanding Disposing Mind & Memory Thanks be given for the Same Bearing in Mind the Uncertainty of time in this Life And as Touching & Concerning Such Worldly Estate as it has pleased the Devine Being to Bless Me With, I Do Hereby order Give Devise & Dispose of the Same in Manner and Form Following ( viz ) ~

Imprimes In the First Place I Do order that out of My Estate all my Just Debts & Funerall Expenses be Well And truly Paid by my Executers Herein after named as Soon as Conveniency Will permit after my Decease

Item in the Next Place I Do Hereby Give & Bequeath Unto My Cousin William Edwards a Son of My Sister Ann the Wife of Thomas Edwards the Sum of Fifty Pounds to be paid to him in Gold or Silver Money & that by my Executers When he May or Should attain to Twenty one Years of Age With Lawfull Intrest for the Same from the End of one Year Next after My Decease. As also I Give & Bequeath Unto My D Cousin William Edwards all My Wearing apperril With all My Silver Buckles and Buttons to be his Right & property for ever ~

Item I Do order My Mesuage Land & Plantation Situate in Willist Town Afsd to be Valued & Apreased by Four Juditious Men to be Unanimously Chosen & Agreed on by My three Brothers Nathan Yarnall Joshua Yarnall Caleb Yarnall & My Sister Ann the Wife of Thomas Edwards Within one Year after My Decease And if Any one of My D Three Brothers the Eldest & So According to Seniorety to have the first Chise Will pay at the End of D One Year from My Decease Unto the other two of My D Brothers & Sister Ann afsd ~ the one fifth part of Such Valuation to Each & Every one of them Excepting & Always allowing My Brother Nathan to have & take two fifths of Such Valuation then Such one of My D Brothers So Accepting & paying as afs Shall hold & Enjoy My D Mesuage Land and Plantation Hereditaments & Apurtenances thereunto Belonging to him his Heirs & assigns for Ever. But in Case No Such Agreement Valuation & Appraisment be Made & Complyed With as Afsd Then I Do Hereby order & Impower My Executers Hereafter Named to Sell & Dispose of My D Land and plantation at Publick Vendue to the Highest Bidder And to Make to Such purchaser or purchasers A good & Suffitiant Title in Fee Simple for the Same Which Shall be as Good and Effectual to all Intents & Purpose as if I had Done the Same in My Life time; And the Money arrising by Such Sale Together With the Money Arrising from My personal Estate after My Just Debts Funerel Expenses And the Legacey Above Mentioned to My Cousin William Edwards Are all paid I order to be Devided Betwen My D three Brothers Nathan Yarnall Joshua Yarnall Caleb Yarnall & My Sister Ann the Wife of Thomas Edwards Afsd the one fifth part thereof to Each of them Except My Brother Nathan to Take two fifths thereof as Afsd ~ And Lastly I Do hereby Nominate Constitute and Appoint My D three Brothers Nathan Yarnall Joshua Yarnall & Caleb Yarnall & the Survivers or Surviver of them Whole & Sole Executers of this My Last Will and Testament Hereby Giving them & the Survivers of them Full Power Strenth & authorety in & Upon the premisses Hereby Disanulling & Making Void all Former & other Wills by me in any Wiss Heretofore Made Either by Word or Writing Ratefying & Confirming this & No other to be My Last Will & Testament In Witness Whereof I Have hereunto Set My hand & Seal Dated the Day & Year first above Writtne

Joseph Thomas } Josiah Lewis } affirmed West Chester December the 25th 1794 Then personally appeared Joseph Thomas & Josiah Lewis & upon their Solemn affirmations did according to law depose declare affirm and Say that they were present & did See & hear Isaac Yarnale the Testator within named Sign seal Publish pronounce & declar the within Instrument of writing as and for his last will & Testament & at the doing thereof he was of a Sound mind & memory to the best of their Understandings.
