I Azael Yarnall of the township of Willistown in the County of Chester and State of Pennsylvania considering the uncertainty of this life and being possessed of a sound and disposing mind memory and understanding; Do this tenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six make and ordain this my last Will and testament in manner and form following, - to wit ~

In the first place it is my will and order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease -- In the next place I direct and empower my Executors to sell at public sale [ for the best price that may be reasonably gotten ] all my real estate within one year after my decease and to execute and acknowledge a deed or deeds sufficient for assuring the same to the purchaser or purchasers, in fee simple and also within the same period and in the same manner I direct my Executors to dispose of all my goods & chattels not by me herein otherwise directed.

Item I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Catharine Yarnall the interest arising on one third of the proceeds of the sale of all my real estate as aforesaid for and during the term of her natural life, the principal to be secured on the premises and the interest to be paid to her yearly and every year during said term- I also and furthermore do give & bequeath unto her two Beds Beding and Bedsteads, one set of silver table spoons, one set of silver tea spoons, one set of China, half a dozen plates, half a dozen knives and forks, one Bureau, two tables, half a dozen chairs, half a dozen table cloths, half a dozen towels and as many napkins, one looking glass, forty yards of carpeting, one barrel of flour, and twenty dollars worth of such provisions as may be on hand at the time of my decease all those goods chattels and provisions to be of her choice ~

Item, I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Ann Pusey fifty dollars ~ ~

Item, I give and bequeath to my step daughter Elizabeth Moulder twenty dollars ~

Item, I give and bequeath to my step daughter Sarah Smith ten dollars-those thru legacies to be paid to the legatees respectively in two years after my decease ~ ~ ~

I give and bequeath to my son Oliver Van Meter Yarnall my Silver Watch ~ ~ ~

I give and bequeath to my two children [and to the survivor of them ] namely Susan Jackson Yarnall and Oliver Van Meter Yarnall all residues reversions and remainder of my estate not herein otherwise disposed of to be equally divided between them ~

And lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my two firends Thomas Ashbridge and Elijah Lewis Executors of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made ratifying this and no other as and for my last Will and testament
