Will of David Morrison, dated February 11, 1832

In the name of God amen I David Morrison of the township of New London in the County of Chester and State of Pennsylvania being weak in body but of Sound and Disposing mind Memory and Understanding praised be god for the same I do make and Declare this my Last will and testament in manner and form following that is to

Say first I Commend my spirit to god who gave it Second I commend my Body to be descently Buryed and all my Just Debts and funeral Expenses to be fully Paid and Satisfied

Item I give and bequeath to my Loving wife Elizabeth Morrison the one third part of all my Real and Personal Estate after my just debts is paid during her Natural life time

Item I give and bequeath to my son David Westley my Silver watch Item I give and bequeath my Plantation whare John L Burns now Live on to my three Sons to wit David Westley Morrison John Alexander Morrison and Charles Morrison Shair and Shair Alike

Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Amiline Morrison the Sum of three Hundred Dollars to be paid out of my Real and Personal Estate when She arrives to the age of twenty one years: Likewise my will is if any of my sons dyes before they grow up that his Shair of the Plantation Shall go to his Brothers Shair and Shair alike and I do make Constitute and appoint my friend Samuel Kimble to be the Executor of this my Last will and testament hereby Revoking and making void all and Every other will and wills at any time heretofore by me made and to Declare this to be my last will and Testament in witness whareof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this Eleventh Day of February one thousant Eight Hundred and thirty two AD 1832
