To my mother Martha Baker the rents of my plantation in Edgmont until brother John is 21
and then I devise said land 200 acres to my brothers Nehemiah and John, subject to the charges in will of my father Joseph Baker,
also £10 to be paid my sister Sarah.
Remainder to brothers and sisters equally.
