Provides for wife Betty.

To son Joel £25.

To son Isaac tract of land in West Marlboro purchased of Edward Tatnel containing 130 1/2 acres with 61 acres adjoining the remainder of tract purchased of Aaron Baker (except 5 3/4 acres to son Joshua).

To son Joshua tract of land whereon I now dwell containing 166 1/2 acres, also 5 3/4 acres of above tract.

£150 received from sale of house and lott in Wilmington, Delaware, to son Joel to be divided between daughter Betty 1/4 part, daughter Ann 1/4, daughter Mary 1/8.

To grandson Thos. Harlan 1/8 at 21,

daughter Phebe 1/4.

To grandson John Webster 5 shillings.

Legacy to Ann, wife of David Hayes, in trust.

If Thomas Harlan should die under age, his share to his brother Israel and sister Lydia.

Executors: Wife Betty and son Joel. Letters to Joel, the other being deceased.
