To daughter Eliza Shipley my negro man Jeffry. Remainder to wife
Elizabeth during life and after her decease 1/2 to divided between son
Saml. and daughter Elizabeth and the other 1/2 to son William and
daughter Mary Pennock. Refers to a marriage settlement for wife dated
March 5 and 6, 1724/5. Executors: daughter Eliza Shipley, son in law
Jos. Pennock and wife Elizabeth. Witnesses: John Davis, Rebecca Davis,
John Skelton.
