v I. Townsend Lamborn of the township of West Bradford County of Chester and State of Pennsylvania Being of Sound mind and memory and understanding and knowing the Certainty of death, do make and publish this my last will and testament as follows that is to say

First. I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my deceas as possible out of the first money that shall come into the hands of my Executor – from any portion of my Estate real or personal; also I direct that my Executor-here-after-named shall dispose of all my Estate Real and personal Either at public or private Sale as he may deem best within [unreadable] after my decease and Convert the Same into Cash and to be disposed of as follows viz

Item I give and bequeath unto my son Richard J. Lamborn the sum of Two Thousand Dollars

Item I give and bequeath unto my son Robert B. Lamborn the sum of Two Thousand Dollars

Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Lydia B. Clayton wife of Gregg Clayton the sum of Four-Hundred dollars. if in Case she should die without issue then and that case it shall go to my grand Children, the Children of my son Clayton Lamborn share and share alike

Item I give and bequeath unto my son Levi Leslie Lamborn an obligation I hold against him for five hundred dollars with the interest thereon.
v It is my wish and desire that all the rest and residue of my Estate real and personal be Equally divided between my Children: viz Aaron C. Israel. Clayton.. Joseph T. Richard J. Robert B. Leslie L. Ann J. Test. Lydia B. Clayton & Hannah M [Stranglin ?] Share and Share alike and in Case any of my Children above named should bring an account against my Estate then and in that Case they shall forfit their share and it shall go to and be divided between then remaining Brothers & Sisters and Lastly I do hereby make ordain Constitute and appoint my son Richard J. Lamborn to be Executor to this my Last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and to declare this to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament contained on this and the preceding page set my hand and Seal this thirty first day of May one Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty – /s/ Townsend Lamborn /s/ /seal/
